Aygen Oksay graduated from Hacettepe University in 2000 and got her PhD in Suleyman Demirel University Business Administration Department in 2011. She served as Vice Dean in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences from 2015 to 2023 and has been working as a full-time Professor in the same faculty since 2023. She has been giving lectures on Organizational Behavior, Public Relations, Human Resources Management on bachelor’s degree and postgraduate degree. She has expertise in national and international projects and has articles on tourism, organizational behavior and health professionals. She is a member of the Turkish Academy of Management.
