The closing meeting of the “Management in a Virtual World” project, coordinated by Süleyman Demirel University and supported by the Turkish National Agency, was held in Isparta on November 18-19, 2025, with participation from the University of Sannio (Italy), Bucharest University of Economic Studies (BUES, Romania), Gdansk University of Technology (Poland), and Polytechnic of Porto (ISCAP, Portugal). Project partners each attended the closing meeting with one of their students.

The closing meeting, held on November 18, 2025, began with a presentation by project manager Prof. Dr. Aygen Oksay. Prof. Dr. Oksay provided general information about the project process, objectives, and outcomes. Each project partner then presented their outcomes. Following these presentations, project manager Prof. Dr. Oksay shared the statistical findings. Following these exchanges, participants exchanged ideas on the outcomes. The meeting continued with Prof. Dr. Oksay invited students who participated in the meeting with project partners and who were direct users of the simulation method to share their ideas, experiences, and suggestions. This sharing led to the conclusion that simulation-based training serves as a bridge between theoretical knowledge and practice, providing real-world experience.
