The 4th Transnational Project Meeting was held in Porto, hosted by the Polytechnic University of Porto (ISCAP) with the participation of all partners on May 11-15, 2025. Partners from Romania, Italy, Turkey and Poland attended the meeting. The decisions taken at the 3rd Transnational Project Meeting held in Gdańsk, Poland were reviewed at the meeting. The report evaluation criteria were explained through a sample report. Questions of the partners regarding this were answered. Evaluations were made regarding the countries according to the achievement test results applied to the students. Detailed information was shared about the conferences that each country should organize within the scope of the project. A traditional recital was held by the Polytechnic University of Porto (ISCAP) male art group during the meeting. In the second part of the meeting, face-to-face meetings were held with the students in the Polytechnic University of Porto (ISCAP) project team, and each student shared their experiences and suggestions regarding the project. On the second day of the meeting, a campus tour was organized in order to strengthen communication between the partners and to get to know the Polytechnic University of Porto (ISCAP). In addition, the implementations of Scenario 2 and 3 on the simulation by all project partners were evaluated and the problems that arose were resolved. The date of the closing meeting of the project to be held in Turkey was discussed and the meeting was concluded by distributing tasks to all partners.
